The premise
Most collaboration systems are designed around tasks, output, and performance. That works for many organisations, but it can be a poor fit for communities and trusted groups whose real resources include care, knowledge, time, access, credibility, and mutual support.
Constellation begins elsewhere. It treats a group as a living network with changing capacity, different needs, incomplete knowledge, and a memory worth preserving.
The shared signals
Each signal answers a practical question without reducing members to a score.
What can members realistically carry right now?
Where is support needed, and what can others contribute?
What is changing across the group, even when progress is not linear?
What was agreed, why, and what remains unresolved?
What did not work, and what can be learned without turning failure into blame?
What knowledge should remain available when people, plans, or circumstances change?
Design commitments
Membership and access are deliberate. Signing up does not grant entry into existing rooms or conversations.
